If the product, film material, or tool is damaged during installation, you will need to purchase a replacement.

Project Abandonment Policy
At Car Wraps Center Inc., we commit substantial time, expertise, and resources to every project. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following terms apply if a project is abandoned before completion.
Client Responsibility:
By initiating a car wrap project, the client accepts that the process involves significant labor, design preparation, and material costs. Should the client choose to abandon the project after work has begun, they are responsible for covering all costs incurred up to that point, as well as compensation for lost profit due to the incomplete project. All payments made prior to abandonment are non-refundable.
Recoverable Costs:
In the event of abandonment, the client is required to pay for all design, setup, and labor work completed before the project was halted. The cost of materials purchased, printed, or prepared for the project will also be charged, regardless of whether they can be reused. Any completed vehicle wraps, including installation labor, will be invoiced in full. Additionally, the client must compensate for lost profit resulting from the inability to complete the project as planned.
For fleet projects, if abandonment occurs after the first vehicle has been wrapped and delivered, the client will be responsible for the full cost of all completed wraps, including labor and materials. They will also be charged for any unused materials prepared for additional vehicles and must compensate for lost profit related to the uncompleted portion of the fleet.
Payment Obligation:
The remaining balance covering all applicable costs must be paid in full within 14 days of the client providing notice of project abandonment.
Non-Responsive Clients:
If the client fails to communicate or respond for more than 14 days without prior notice, the project may be deemed abandoned. In such cases, all payments made to that point will be forfeited. Resuming an abandoned project may require additional fees, and scheduling will depend on current availability.
Reactivation Terms:
If a client wishes to resume a previously abandoned project, a reactivation fee will be charged to account for scheduling disruptions, storage, and re-preparation of materials. This fee will depend on the scope of the project but will not be less than $250. The client will also be responsible for covering the cost of replacement materials if the originals are damaged, expired, or require updates due to design changes. Reactivated projects will be rescheduled based on current availability, and timelines may need to be extended as a result.
Legal Action:
If the client fails to pay the full balance owed within the specified timeframe, Car Wraps Center Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover all outstanding costs, lost profit, and damages. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any legal disputes will be handled in the county where Car Wraps Center Inc. operates. The client agrees to reimburse all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred by Car Wraps Center Inc. in enforcing this policy.
Policy Purpose:
This policy ensures fairness and accountability, protecting the significant time, labor, and resources dedicated to each project. It also ensures appropriate compensation for lost profit and other costs in cases of project abandonment.
