Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

Selected items at Car Wraps Center qualify for free domestic shipping on orders over $99 or more within the continental USA and Canada. This offer is valid for all our products, some restrictions may apply.
Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional charge. Order may ship either from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL and may experience slight delays due to high demand. We recommend planning your purchases accordingly.
Please allow us 1 to 5 days to process your order in custom made products, like custom stripes configuration, impact art wraps and custom wraps kits.

Same Day Shipping:

Although we offer Same Day Shipping, we do not guarantee that your order will be shipped on the same day. This offer applies only to non-custom-made products.
Due to our large volume of orders, all our custom made stripes sets, wrap kits, decals and stickers required 1 to 5 business days (depend on the product) to process, produce, package and ship, plus the time the carrier will take to deliver the product to your door.
Refer to the product information page for production and delivery times, confirmation and tracking number will be provided by email.

Free Shipping: 5-9 Business days through USPS First Class as first choice, and or any other shipper of our choice. Continental US only. 
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days to USA and Canada through USPS or Fedex
Ground Shipping: 3 – 7 days within the USA through UPS

We are closed Saturday and Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed on weekends, holidays and after hour will be processed the following business day.
NOTE: we do not ship to P.O.X.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages Disclaimer:

Car Wraps Center Inc. is not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. While we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and intact, issues can occur during transit that are beyond our control.
By placing an order with Car Wraps Center Inc., you acknowledge and agree to these terms and guidelines regarding lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If the carrier denies the claim, Car Wraps Center Inc. is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered but not in the buyer’s possession.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The claim process can take up to 45 days. If the claim is granted, we will issue a credit back to the order. If you need the order urgently, please place another order.

Stolen Packages:

If your package is stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. The carrier may require a police report from your local police department. The investigation can take up to 45 days. Car Wraps Center Inc. is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered but not in the buyer’s possession.

International Shipping Disclaimer:

For international orders, please be aware that additional import duties, customs taxes, or other fees may be imposed by your country. Car Wraps Center Inc. is not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the buyer or recipient.
In the event that your package cannot be delivered due to the buyer or recipient being unavailable or refusing to pay import fees, additional shipping fees, or any other associated costs, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
If the returned package is received damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is denied, the buyer is responsible for the full amount of the order and will not be refunded. The buyer may repurchase the product and pay for the shipping costs again.
Please note that international shipping times are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times provided by shippers are projections and may be delayed due to customs clearance processes. Car Wraps Center Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Package Refusal Disclaimer:

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, Car Wraps Center Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order value. Additionally, any return shipping fees and other associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that refusing a package does not cancel the order. To ensure proper handling of returns and refunds, we encourage you to accept the delivery and follow our return process as outlined in our return policy.
