Return and Refund Policy
At Car Wraps Center Inc., we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our return and refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that are returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the delivery date.
Any products or items that have been used or modified are not eligible for returns.
Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery for any errors or damages. We take pride in ensuring that no items leave our warehouse in perfect conditions, and we maintain rigorous quality control standards. - Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Non-Returnable Custom-Made Products or items: Custom-made products, including but not limited to custom stripes, impact art wraps, printed wraps, and custom cut wrap kits, are manufactured to your specific requirements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, these products or items are final.

Order changes or Cancelation:
At Car Wraps Center Inc., we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. However you may not make any changes or modifications to your order once it has been placed. Additionally, you may not cancel your order once it has been processed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, may be possible right after you placed the order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
